Hello! I'm Garry, and I'm here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.

Who I Am:

I'm a qualified counsellor accredited by The National Counselling Society NCPS. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP. I work to their ethical framework which can be found on their website www.bacp.co.uk. & https://ncps.com.

What I Do:

As a counsellor, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I use different approaches to therapy to meet your individual needs.

Why I Do It:

I've been where you are. Life can be tough and overwhelming at times, and seeking help can be scary. But I believe that counselling can make a real difference in people's lives, just like it did for me.

How I Work:

I believe that the most important part of counselling is the relationship between us. I'll listen to you without judgment and support you every step of the way.
